The company was founded by Jim Tincher in 1979 with support from his father. Years later his brother Tony joined the company and eventually became Jim’s 50/50 partner. 2006-2010 the brothers wanted to continue the family tradition, and their kids joined the company in different capacities. The company has continued to grow year over year and they currently employee over 100 employees.

Projects include all major roadway developments from the skyway south. (Lakewood Ranch, Wellen Park, Babcock Ranch, Bonita Bay, Ava Maria, etc.) In addition, TCC has several DOT projects throughout the same footprint for roadway and infrastructure development. On the commercial side projects include 7-11’s, Walgreens, Outback’s, Culvers, Amazon warehouse, Fedex buildings, grocery store anchored strip plaza’s, commercial office space, medical facilities, large multifamily and apartment complexes, hospitals, and airport construction.
